The topic of this blog has to do with choices I’ve made in my life. They can be good or bad decisions. The bad decisions usually ended in consequences and the good with prizes or praise. When i think back to all the choices I’ve had to make, I remember knowing some things would end bad or sometimes well. These are some of those choices.
When I was younger, I would never break rules at school, but at home, I was a little different. That got me into some trouble sometimes. One time, for example, my sister and I got into an argument that led to my mom grounding us for a day and making us apologize to her and each other. Another memory of a bad choice I made, was of me, like most kids my age, wanting to run away. The only reason i wanted to, was because my mom was yelling at me for a reason I can’t remember. I packed all my things, including my big machine that i had to use for my asthma. I realized how scary it was, but I still stuck with my decision until my mom starting crying and telling me not to leave.
There have been times that I have made bad decisions, but I have made good choices in my life as well. This includes me always caring about the grades I made, even when i was younger, which is why I have high expectations for myself now. I also never did anything that I knew would disappoint my parents, because I always wanted to make them proud, inspiring me to try my best to make the best choices.
